Purchase orders - Welcome to Become Our Long-Term Partner
A Purchase Order (PO) is a legally binding document between a buyer and a supplier. It should define every detail of the purchase, such as quantity, agreed price, delivery date, etc. Subject to the agreed payment terms and conditions, the supplier accepts the buyer’s purchase order and allows the buyer to purchase and receive the product or service without immediate payment. VOOHU now offers a standard 7-day payment term for purchase orders for approved businesses. Other payment terms such as 15-day payment term, 30-day payment term, etc. are also available based on your business requirements.

If the buyer fails to pay within the calendar day after the due date, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to VOOHU, VOOHU will restrict the buyer’s credit and will be entitled to charge the buyer interest at a rate of one percent (1%) per month above the base rate from time to time until full payment (a part of a month will be considered a full month when calculating interest).
About orders with after-sales problems:
After the buyer receives the goods, if the after-sales problem is caused by VOOHU, the buyer can suspend payment until the buyer receives the repaired or replaced product. If the after-sales problem is caused by the buyer, the buyer cannot refuse to pay the order.
