For your shopping safety, all products purchased in VOOHU online store are covered by our warranty policy.
These Warranty Policies Include
- Return and refund within 15 days without any reason (standard stock products).
- Free repair or replacement during the warranty period (standard stock products).
- Free repair during the warranty period (consumables and customized products).
- Please note that the VOOHU warranty policy only covers original, unaltered and unmodified materials, and the policy covers workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care/installation, neglect, normal wear and tear, or natural deterioration of color and/or materials due to long-term use. If the damage or failure is caused by the above reasons, we may consider repairing the product at a reasonable price or replacing the product at a lower price (customer pays return shipping and customs duties).

Restrictive Terms
This warranty policy applies only to products purchased directly from VOOHU and is not transferable to a third party without authorization.
The warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage caused by natural disasters, such as lightning, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, ETC。;
- Negligence, misuse or abuse;
- Modification of any part of the product;
- Damage caused by accident, fire or other external causes;
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by VOOHU or using inappropriate voltage or power.
No VOOHU dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification to the warranty. If any term is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforcement of the remaining terms will not be affected.
