Make the return process as simple and easy as possible.
Start a Return
- Fill out the return form and submit it online, Or download the return application form, fill it out and email it to song.lei@wohu-tek.com
- Our customer service will contact you to confirm the return application form. And approve the return/refund or replacement.
- After the return application form application is approved, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
- Just wait for the processing of the return/refund or replacement.
Return Instructions
All customers should contact customer service for approval before returning any items to us. VOOHU will not process any unnotified returns and incurred fees.
- Make sure the product looks brand new or has no obvious physical damage. Keep all packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary to process your return request.
- After sending the product back, please send us the tracking number or a copy of the shipping receipt. This will help us better track your return.
- A return authorization application form must be provided to VOOHU, including details such as buyer’s name, phone number, email, address, purchase order number, etc.
Return Policy
- For standard stock products such as Lan transformers, RJ45 connectors (excluding consumables and custom products), we offer a standard 15-day return and refund and exchange service. Please see the detailed policy below:
- Returns are generally accepted within 15 days of the date of shipment. Shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. This does not include items marked “non-cancelable/non-returnable” (“non-standard products”), downloadable software (“digital deliveries”), or subject to a purchase agreement.
- Only products originally shipped from VOOHU will be returned to VOOHU. All other products will be immediately quarantined and disposed of or returned to the customer. By returning a product to VOOHU, the customer certifies that the product was purchased from VOOHU and has not been replaced with the same product in whole or in part from another supplier, distributor, or other such source of product. The returned product should be in its original packaging and unused (unless defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
- Return shipping must be prepaid; we do not accept cash on delivery.
- Some products may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.
- To obtain a return authorization number, please complete the Return Authorization Form or contact us. Your customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number and the correct return address for your merchandise.
